Why rent your skis online? Booking online guarantees the availability of the equipment reserved on our website skisetluz.com at the best price.
How do I choose the date for my first rental day? The date selected in the booking engine is your equipment pick-up date. You can collect your equipment the day before, starting at 4 PM. Example: First rental day February 6th, the customer can collect the equipment on February 5th, starting at 4 PM.
How do I choose the date for my last rental day? The date selected in the booking engine is your last day of skiing. You can return the equipment the following morning before 10 AM. Example: Last rental day February 12th, the customer can return the equipment on February 13th before 10 AM.
Is it possible to rent skis/snowboards, boots, or poles separately? Yes, simply uncheck the boot and/or helmet options. Do I need to rent poles? Poles are included in all our ski and snowshoe packages. However, you can rent poles separately. I made a mistake when giving my shoe size/height; what should I do? Our rental inventory is large and diverse enough in sizes to equip all customers. Your comfort and safety are our priorities. We are happy to accommodate your request and adjust the sizes of your skis or boots, and you can even change the category you selected on-site (subject to availability).
Is helmet rental included in the children's packages? You can choose to book children's packages online with or without helmets. Following the advice of mountain doctors, we strongly recommend renting a helmet for your child to ensure their safety. I rented a snowboard; can I exchange my equipment during my stay if I want to go skiing? You can exchange your equipment at any time during your stay.

Is the shop open on Sunday mornings? What are the shop's opening hours? During the winter season, we are open every day, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Seasonal opening hours: 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 7 days a week. For personal reasons, I had to return the equipment before the end of my rental period. Can I get a refund for the unused rental days? Illness or accident affecting one of the people who rented the equipment, or the closure of all the ski lifts in the resort, are the only reasons for a refund. What payment methods are accepted? Is it possible to rent snowshoes, sleds, etc.? Yes, all rental equipment is available on the website skisetluz.com. Can ski passes be purchased? Currently, we only have ski passes for sale for the Luz Ardiden resort (day pass). Do you offer any items for sale? We offer articles and accessories related to the ski and mountain environment: gloves, hats, sunglasses, ski helmets, ski goggles, ski socks, back protectors, shin guards, wrist guards, sunscreens, hand warmers, ski jackets and pants, skis, ski boots and hiking boots, après-ski boots, ski and walking poles, backpacks, fleece jackets, technical clothing and underwear, avalanche transceivers, airbag backpacks, ski touring equipment and textiles, wax, cutlery, headlamps, camping equipment, sleeping bags, camping sets (cooking gear), ice axes, crampons, sleds, snowshoes, snowboards...
