Before each outing, it is essential to consult the Avalanche Risk Assessment Bulletin (BERA) of the Pyrenees to adapt your route to the conditions of the day and analyze the stability of the snowpack.
Webcams at the resorts and snow conditions provide an initial indication of the mountain's state, but they are insufficient to assess risks in a natural environment. Conditions can change rapidly depending on the weather, wind, or snowfall.
